We identify your expectations and requirements for successful candidates and then handle all of the logistics. The result is an Extended Team that fully matches your expectations in both technical and soft skills.
This is not outsourcing or outstaffing; we are expanding your in-house team. Our mission is only successful if the new employees fit into your company culture and are happy in our office, which is fully equipped and operated like your headquarters.
Our approach to the recruitment process
We start with a conversation where we get to know you in detail and map out your goals.
We also take the time to make sure that an Extended Team is right for you. We value the success of our collaboration, and so we will make sure that you know exactly what to expect from our model.
If you’re convinced, it’s time to take the next step. BackstageIT will then sit down with you and find out what your ideal employee looks like. We go over hard and soft skills (programming languages and character traits). We’ll also find out what the core values of your company are. We’ll prioritize these traits as we look for the future members of your Extended Team.
We take care of the recruitment of your new employees, as we have a widespread network. We also take care of the first round of job interviews.
The actual hiring of new employees is your responsibility, although we’ll provide help and advice along the way. We’ll use our experience to provide advice on salary ranges and make sure our office is stocked with everything your team needs to succeed on your team.
